IWCO Direct Names Tom Hexamer Director of Sales

CHANHASSEN, MN—May 09, 2011—IWCO Direct, a leading national provider of direct marketing solutions, announced that Tom Hexamer has joined the company as director of sales. Hexamer will be responsible for business development and providing leadership and vision to serve the needs of current and prospective clients.
He brings more than 17 years of sales development experience within the large-volume direct mail environment. Prior to joining IWCO Direct, Hexamer was the regional vice president of sales for RR Donnelley in the Response Marketing Services Division. He is a graduate of Ball State University in Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
The company also announced that Kevin Schilla has joined its Hamburg, PA, facility as controller. Schilla will be responsible for aligning the accounting processes and implementing standardized procedures within the Hamburg Finance Department.
Prior to joining IWCO Direct, Schilla was the director of finance at Merrill Corp. in St. Paul, MN. He brings more than 18 years of experience to the position, leading financial teams in the printing industry and driving process improvements. During that time, Schilla has held positions as a plant controller and various leadership roles at the corporate level. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Accounting from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN, and with a Master of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, MN.
