InnerWorkings Builds Base with Two Deals

CHICAGO—InnerWorkings has acquired a pair of print procurement companies, Data Flow Media Systems (DFMS) of Plano, TX, and Graphic Resource Group of Medina, MN. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
DFMS and Graphic Resource Group posted combined sales of about $14 million in 2006. They provide services including the procurement and production management of printed and promotional products, along with related warehousing and fulfillment functions.
