Heidelberg Expands Management Board

HEIDELBERG, GERMANY—Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG has appointed 14-year veteran Stephan Plenz to its management board, which has shuffled the duties of its four members. Plenz will be in charge of research and development, production and purchasing.

Board Chairman Bernhard Schreier will focus on company development, acquisitions, communications and compliance. Schreier’s sales duties move to Dr. Jargen Rautert, who will also continue to oversee customer and market-focused activities. CFO Dirk Kaliebe will add planned measures for boosting efficiency to his responsibilities.
