Expanding EFI to Acquire Raster Printers

FOSTER CITY, CA--Roughly two years after making its first investment in the company, EFI has announced its intent to acquire Raster Printers. The deal is expected to be completed by December 1. Raster Printers, currently marketed under the Daytona brand, will be rebranded as Rastek under EFI. It augments EFI's presence in the growing display graphics market.
