WEST ORANGE, NJ—EarthColor Inc. has acquired high-end commercial printer L.P. Thebault, based in Parsippany, NJ. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Brian Thebault will remain chairman of L.P. Thebault, which will become a division of EarthColor. The company was founded in 1954.
