DAYTON, OH—Sun Chemical has sold certain assets of its Sun Graphic press blankets business to Day International. The sale, pending closing conditions, is expected to be completed August 31.
As part of the deal, Day International has agreed to continue supplying Sun Graphic blankets to Sun Chemical for the commercial sheetfed, packaging and coldset web markets.
Sun Chemical will close its Sun Graphic blanket-making facility in Pompano Beach, FL, effective August 31.
