HOUSTON—Consolidated Graphics (CGX) has acquired boutique commercial printer Pikes Peak Lithographing of Colorado Springs, CO. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pikes Peak specializes in large-format sheetfed printing, producing banners, fine art reproductions, maps and point-of-purchase displays on a variety of substrates, including synthetics and plastics. It will maintain production at its two Colorado Springs facilities.
