Cathy Cullinane, lead customer service representative at Folder Express, has received the “Customer Service Representative of the Year” award from the Printing Industries of the Midlands. She received the award on Feb. 22 at a special luncheon in Omaha, NE.

At KBA North America, Bruce Richardson has been promoted to national sales manager for web presses, where he now oversees KBA web accounts for both newspaper and commercial customers, including the new C16 and Commander CT press models.

Four new hires have been added to the sales team at Pack Appeal, a division of Bindagraphics. Ron Schilling, Sean FitzPatrick, Mike Stevenson and Laura Lee come to Pack Appeal from B.C. Lucas, and have experience in providing solutions that utilize vinyl binders, tabs and fulfillment.

Domtar Distribution Group has rebranded itself with a new name, Ariva, and a new tagline, “Paper to pixels. The way forward,” to better meet the evolving needs of customers in the digital age. It replaces all company legacy brands, including Ris the paper house in the United States.

In addition to his current position as president and CEO of Sun Chemical, Rudi Lenz has also assumed the role of executive officer of DIC Corp., Sun Chemical’s parent company. He is now responsible for the DIC Group’s overall operations in the United States and Europe.

Central National-Gottesman‘s 
Lindenmeyr Munroe division has acquired the assets and business of Hudson Valley Paper, one of upstate New York and New England’s oldest fine paper merchants. The transaction marks Lindenmeyr Munroe’s fourth acquisition of a paper merchant in the past 15 months.
