CGX Acquires Denver Printer

HOUSTON—M&A leader Consolidated Graphics (CGX) moved to strengthen its market share in the region with the acquisition of Denver-based Eastwood Printing, a full-service web and sheetfed printer.
Joe R. Davis, chairman and CEO of CGX, was happy to expand in the Denver area with a company that boasts a long-standing reputation for quality.
