Yo! Philly Printers Score Big in Lottery
PHILADELPHIA—Millions of people dream of one day matching their lucky numbers to the ones drawn in local and regional lottery games. But someone has to win the multimillion dollar jackpots, and recently that someone came in the form of two Philadelphia print shop owners.
Jim and Tom Hare of Hare Brothers Printing are set for life after securing the winning numbers in the May 29 Powerball drawing. They received a check for $26,934,553.39, the jackpot's cash value.
At least one of the brothers wasn't overly concerned with the details of their windfall. "I don't even want to see the money," Jim Hare told the Philadelphia Inquirer. "I just want to spend it."
