Westamerica Graphics to Host the Next ‘Print Delivers’ Event

April 12, 2011
LONG BEACH, CA—April 12, 2011—The integrating and energizing force behind multi-channel marketing and targeted campaigns that include Internet, e-mail, mobile and social media components is...PRINT! And, print on paper is an environmentally friendly medium due to its renewability, recyclability and sustainable forest management.

That’s the message top advertising agency executives and media/marketing decision makers will hear during the first West Coast “Print Delivers” seminar, PRINTEGR8, hosted by Westamerica Graphics and The Print Council. This premier event will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

In this lunch-and-learn workshop, attendees will hear about:

• New print technologies (QR codes, personalized URLs, augmented reality) combined with digital media that energize marketing campaigns.

• Case studies from ATT, Dell, Feld Entertainment and others that reaped ROI results of 200 to 3,000 percent.

• Multi-channel campaigns from Miami University and VW, including the business challenges and how these organizations utilized the data to produce relevant content and results.

• Why print media is the environmentally sound choice for communicating with the audiences that marketers and media specifiers want to reach.

The multi-talented panel of experts includes Robert Ellis, U.S. Postal Service; Toni Schottenhammer, Xerox; Nan Faessler, xpedx; Josh Starrett, International Paper; John Foley, Grow Socially; Doug Grant, Westamerica Graphics; and Joanne Vinyard, The Print Council.

According to Doug Grant, president of Westamerica Graphics, “Marketers have discovered that consumers don’t listen to just a single channel. So they’re learning to design campaigns that utilize multiple media channels. Our panelists will share research, case studies, and fresh ideas about how to grow your business using these new integrated marketing techniques. Attendees will also learn why print remains a viable, engaging, and successful channel to the decision-making point in consumer’s minds, when used in a multi-channel campaign.”
