WebbMason Launches On-Demand Document Printing Technology

“We designed docBuilder to give companies better control over their random printing costs and to give corporate marketers more control over the look and feel of the business documents that employees were creating. The side benefit is that it also helps professionals make better use of their time. Who hasn’t wasted time running to the print shop to wait for presentation materials or handouts to be made?” said Sara Post, product marketing manager for WebbMason docBuilder. “docBuilder is another example of how WebbMason continually strives to deliver better marketing automation solutions for our customers.”

WebbMason docBuilder accepts a broad variety of file formats including PDF, Microsoft Office files, JPEG, and others. Multiple files, even large 500MB files, upload in the background, allowing users to work on projects without interruption. Users can select paper type, tabs, inserts, binding, and drilling options, as well as make and review changes on the fly in WYSIWYG mode. Documents ordered by a designated time one day can arrive at their destination by 8:00 AM the next business day.
