Trekk Launches Interactive Holiday Website as Gift to Clients

ROCKFORD, IL—Dec. 7, 2010—As a gift to its clients, Trekk Cross-Media launched an interactive Website that lets visitors customize their look for the holidays.

The Holidaze Yourself site lets users choose facial features, hair, clothing, accessories and a background to complete their holiday look. Visitors can create as many looks as they want and then download desktop wallpaper and social media icons. There’s also a Facebook page where friends can upload their images.

Sharing tools built into the site allows visitors to share the site in all their favorite social media networks. Another unique feature is the email-to-a-friend link. Not only does it send an email message with a link, but also automatically generates a personalized version of the site for them. That feature exemplifies the personalized, relevant communications that Trekk is known for.

Trekk initially launched the Holidaze site last year to test the social media waters. This year, with a re-skinning and the addition of new options, it’s giving Trekk the opportunity to experiment with portability. The site can be accessed and interacted with from desktop computers, as well as mobile environments like the iPad, iPhone and other smart phones.
