Transcontinental Nets $115M Print Contract

MONTREAL—Transcontinental Inc. and Trader Corp. have finalized a 10-year, C$115 million contract that sees the Canadian printer provide, among other things, vertical guides and related materials in the Atlantic Provinces, Quebec and Manitoba.
The deal is a renewal, but with C$40 million of the amount earmarked for producing new products ticketed for Ontario, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Among the titles produced by Transcontinental are Auto Trader, Auto Hebdo, Buy & Sell publications, Triad and New Homes/Condo Guide.
