Diamond Holding Corp. has named graphic arts supplier Phillips and Associates, North Kansas City, as its exclusive representative in the Missouri area. Diamond Roller has made all of its products and services available to Phillips and Associates.

Lasermax Roll Systems has named William Carroll as president, Americas, and Jeff Kewin has been appointed executive vice president, worldwide marketing and business development. Founded in 2004 after a merger between Roll Systems and the Lasermax division of Stralfors, Lasermax Roll Systems is a producer of automated paper handling, monitoring, finishing and converting equipment for the digital printing industry.

Pressline Services has hired William Burke as sales manager for its commercial press remanufacturing division. He will be in charge of remanufacturing commercial press equipment sales and onsite and offsite rebuild sales.

Marty Jo Henry has joined Crane & Co. as Northeast regional manager for business stationery papers. She has 25 years of business stationery sales experience.

KBA North America has named William (Bill) Silber as its West Coast regional vice president. Silber will oversee the entire Western U.S. and Canada from California to British Columbia. He will be headquartered in Los Angeles.

Presstek Inc. announced that Edward Marino, president and CEO, and Moosa E. Moosa, executive vice president and CFO, have signed new three-year employment agreements with the company extending their employment through 2008.

Océ announced the financial leadership for three of its North American divisions. Dale Drufke, Jack McNulty and Steven Fasano have been appointed vice presidents of Océ Digital Document Systems, Océ Wide Format Printing Systems and Océ Financial Services, respectively.

Bob Nowak is the new general manager of Braden Sutphin Ink’s manufacturing facility in Milwaukee.

Unisource Worldwide, a Norcross, GA-based distributor of paper, packaging and facility supplies, has appointed James Lynde as senior vice president of human resources.

Graphic Arts Marketing Information Service (GAMIS) has been consolidated with the Market Research Committee of NPES to form a new organization. The Print Industries Market Information and Research Organization, PRIMIR (pronounced premier), is based at NPES headquarters in Reston, VA. NPES Vice President William Smythe will serve as president of the new organization, and former GAMIS Executive Director Jackie Bland will serve as managing director/secretary.
