PRINT 13 and CPP EXPO Housing Now Open

RESTON, VA—February 18, 2013—Housing for PRINT 13 and co-located CPP EXPO is now open, the Graphic Arts Show Company (GASC) has announced. The global PRINT 13 exhibition (the year’s largest and most inclusive graphic communications exhibition and conference), and CPP EXPO (the premiere annual tradeshow for the converting and package printing industries), will take place September 8-12, 2013, in Chicago’s McCormick Place South. Show goers planning to attend either PRINT 13 or CPP EXPO will gain single-pass entry to both events, doubling their access to the latest technologies, products, services, resources and information offered by each event, and providing additional expanded industry networking opportunities among the 50 co-located events held in tandem with PRINT 13.

GASC has negotiated the lowest rates for PRINT 13 and CPP EXPO exhibitors and attendees at the most popular and convenient hotels in downtown Chicago. Special introductory rates are available and visitors are encouraged to book early as rates are subject to change and will increase as the show approaches.

In addition to the specially negotiated rates, attendees and exhibitors who book their rooms through the official housing service will enjoy certain additional benefits:

  • Show rates are guaranteed to be the lowest rates,
  • If any official show hotel lowers its rates, or lower rates are found, the rates for PRINT 13 and CPP EXPO will automatically be lowered and new confirmations generated,
  • No deposit is required at time of booking,
  • No contract is required for exhibitor or group bookings, and
  • Complimentary shuttle bus service is provided for guests between the official show hotels and McCormick Place.

Graphic communications professionals planning on attending PRINT 13 and CPP EXPO are encouraged to reserve their rooms early, as hotels sell out quickly and these special introductory rates are only available for a limited time.

There are many ways to book a room: attendees may go online and visit www.print2013.com/HotelTravel.aspx, where they can make their hotel reservations through the official show housing service, call to speak with a housing specialist, or download a hotel housing form to mail, e-mail or fax in. Attendees reserving their rooms via phone, e-mail, mail or fax will still receive the same discounted rates and benefits as those who register online. Information on discounted air travel arrangements on American, Delta or United Airlines, the official airline carriers for PRINT 13 and CPP EXPO, can also be found at www.print2013.com.
