RAMSEY, NJ—April 7, 2010—Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., a leading provider of advanced imaging and networking technologies for the desktop to the print shop, announced today that the Sir Speedy of Los Alamitos (CA) has chosen Konica Minolta’s bizhub PRO C6501 and bizhub PRO 1200 digital presses to drive its full-service marketing services program. Sir Speedy has moved beyond a traditional print-for-pay model to offer and implement full-service marketing programs for its customers, from design to implementation, with the Konica Minolta bizhub PRO Digital Presses playing a key role in the output phase of the marketing campaigns.

With the addition of these systems, Sir Speedy is delivering turn-key customized campaigns to its customers through services such as creative design, variable data printing (VDP), data management and direct marketing response metrics. In addition, Sir Speedy is enhancing its booklet-making capabilities and output quality, among other key areas, in several important vertical markets including Education, Insurance, Manufacturing, Marketing, Automotive and Non-Profit. Key to its ongoing success, Sir Speedy had been using the bizhub PRO 1050e during its 10+-year partnership with Konica Minolta.
