Schilling Named President, CEO of Delphax

MINNEAPOLIS—Delphax Technologies has named Dieter Schilling, a 20-plus year veteran of the company, its president and CEO. The board of directors also elected Kenneth Overstreet as its chairman.

Schilling succeeds Jay Herman, who is leaving the company by mutual agreement with the board. Herman was appointed president in 1989 and could be available to Delphax on a consultant basis.
