Rollem Jetstream teamed up with inkjet system to produce 57,000 cards per hour! ANAHEIM, CA—Nov. 15, 2011—Rollem International teamed with MCS Inc. to demonstrate the in-line capabilities of the Jetstream 2D System for maximum productivity on postcard production. Utilizing the Rollem feeder, the eight-up postcard sheets were fed, personalized, UV coated, edge-trimmed and slit in two directions to deliver 100% accurate 5.5 x 8.5˝ postcards. Sheets reached production speeds of 7,200 sheets per hour, to net 57,600 postcards per hour.
