Richard (Dick) Sutis, Goss International‘s president, retired July 31 after 44 years of service. He will retain his positions as vice chairman of the board of directors at Shanghai Goss Graphic Systems, a Goss joint venture with Shanghai Electric Group in China, as well as a member of the board of directors of Goss Graphics Systems Japan Corp.
Sun Chemical has signed an asset purchase agreement with Graphic Packaging International to purchase certain assets and liabilities of Handschy inks, coatings and varnishes business. Handschy’s customer lists, formulations and trademarks are included in the agreement.
