User-friendly and with the smallest footprint, the UVarnish was designed to complement both digital and offset printed paper or plastic substrates (paper coated and sealed plastic surfaces like PVC, PET, etc.) without requiring a full-time operator or a large amount of floor space.The UVarnish is also the first UV coater system to protect your digital press investment with an “Automated Recovery System” that ensures personalized VDP sheets are not at risk. • PunchCard® Pro For CR-80 (credit card format) Up to 10 000 cards/hour (.34 mil thickness) with a fully Automated Feeder & Optical Pattern Validation Sensors. Maximum format 13 x19”.

• PressCard® Pro Hot Platen Lamination unit (50 tons) with a capacity output of 2000+ PVC cards .30 mil cards/hour- 3 drawers. Maximum format is 13 x 19”.
