NEW CANAAN, CT—September 10, 2009—MSP Digital Marketing, LLC, formed earlier this year to create a unique national network of world-class marketing solutions providers, has agreed to acquire a substantial interest in TecDoc Digital Solutions (TDD.) TecDoc is one of the country’s leading providers of cutting edge digital solutions for direct marketing and collateral management, technical documentation solutions and training document solutions.
Incorporating web-based management tools and Customized Cross-Media Communications, TecDoc provides customers with the ability to deliver targeted, relevant communications that produce significantly improved response rates and ROI. David Trombino, CEO of TDD and Paul Marinelli, COO will continue to operate TDD on a day-to-day basis. The MSP Digital Marketing partners include Roy Grossman, Charles Stine, Jonathan Fogel and Edward Epstein.
According to Roy Grossman, founding partner of MSP Digital, “We are incredibly excited to have TDD as our first investment in what will be a national network of digital communications providers. TDD has been one of the most successful and innovative digital providers and is the perfect springboard for building our national platform. In our search for investment opportunities, we were remarkably impressed with TDD’s extensive knowledge of the digital space, the exceptionally strong management team and its penetration of the direct marketing segment and educational vertical market. We look forward to a very long and successful relationship.”
David Trombino added, “Paul and I are thrilled to join together with the MSP Digital team and expand TDD’s proven digital solutions on an national basis. Roy, Chip and Jon have a very successful record of major accomplishments as well as tremendous respect throughout the industry and will help us build upon our commitment to ‘getting the right information to the right person at the right time.’” Grossman and Trombino both added that one of the first priorities would be to incorporate additional sales personnel for TDD, as well as for the MSP national sales force.
