GE Capital Auctioning Premier Graphics Assets

CHATTANOOGA, TN—GE Capital has foreclosed on former roll-up printer Premier Graphics and will hold a Uniform Commercial Code sale to liquidate its assets, according to a Notice of Public Sale that was posted in the Chattanooga Times Free Press. Premier Graphics consists of The Argus Press, Niles, IL; The Jones Co., Chattanooga, TN; McQuiddy Classic, Nashville, TN; Saint Clair Press, Indianapolis; and Sutherland Printing, Montezuma, IA. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2000 under the name Master Graphics before reorganizing as Premier Print Holdings.
