Faraci Takes Kodak GCG Leadership

ROCHESTER, NY—Eastman Kodak has named Philip Faraci to the position of president and COO, effective immediately. He assumes responsibility of the Graphic Communications Group from Jim Langley, along with managing the Consumer Digital Imaging Group (CDG).
Langley will remain as a vice president through the end of 2007. The positions of president for GCG and CDG are being eliminated.
Faraci had served as president of CDG and was a senior vice president of Eastman Kodak.
