HALL, THE NETHERLANDS—July 7, 2009—International press manufacturer Drent Goebel B.V. announced today that it has been declared bankrupt on July 6, 2009. The bankruptcy involves Drent Goebel B.V. in Hall, the Netherlands.

The receiver, H.C. Brandsma (Nysingh advocaten-notarissen N.V.) is currently researching all possibilities to take further action in the best possible interest of the various stakeholders of Drent Goebel B.V. Stakeholders of the company will be informed separately as soon as possible.
