Datatech SmartSoft Adds Storefront Provider PressWise

AGOURA HILLS, CA—Datatech SmartSoft, a manufacturer specializing in the address correction and mailing software industry, announced that it has completed its acquisition of PressWise Inc., a Web storefront and print workflow software provider. Datatech SmartSoft has held exclusive distribution rights to PressWise since September 2009.
"The acquisition of PressWise is an important step in the continued growth of Datatech SmartSoft," said SmartSoft President Michael Shroyer. "PressWise has allowed us to complement and expand our product line beyond the addressing and mailing software such as AccuMail and SmartAddresser that we are known for, and focus on new lines of business with tremendous growth opportunities over the next few years.”
