At Wright Business Graphics of California, (a subsidiary of Wright Enterprises, Portland, OR), Robert Schluter has been named director of sales, commercial division, at the company's Chino, CA, facility. He is now responsible for managing all of the company's commercial printing sales initiatives for the Southern California region. Prior to joining Wright Business Graphics, he was the owner and president of Holiday Printing.
Shane Faubert is the new director of cross-media services at Montvale, NJ-based Mann & Co. He formerly served as director of digital services with Hammer IQ.

The Printing Association of Florida (PAF) has named James Mayes Jr., president of Colorcraft of Virginia, a recipient of the 2011 Graphic Arts Leaders of the Americas (GALA) Award.
