Ulysses Nunn has joined Foster Printing Service, Michigan City, IN, as its new plant manager. Nunn previously held positions at Argus Press as plant manager and has taught graphic arts communications at Kennedy King College.

At Greenville, SC-based growll.com, Jamie Younginer, the online printer's e-commerce division customer service representative, has become the first company employee to attain Mailpiece Design Professional certification through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Public Printer Robert Tapella has appointed Herb Jackson acting chief management officer for the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO). Succeeding Janet Sansone, Jackson now oversees support organizations at the GPO that include: Human Capital, Finance & Administration, Information Technology & Systems, Acquisitions, Labor Relations, Security Services and Safety & Environmental Services, while also maintaining his position as the agency's chief acquisition officer.

The 2010-2011 board of directors of the Printing Industries Association of San Diego (PIA/SD) was installed recently. It includes: chairman, Greg Gould, president of EyeComm; vice chairman, Dave Pauley, president of Neyenesch Printers; and secretary and treasurer, Brad Reimers, president of SOS Printing. Chris Hamm, president of Tabs etc., is the immediate past chairman.

Baltimore-based Victor Graphics has added Dominick Petrellese to its sales team. Petrellese is now responsible for growing the company's sales in the New York/New Jersey region. He previously held sales positions with Port City Press and Hamilton Press.

EPI Marketing Services, a full- service printing and marketing services provider, has hired Michael Medved as executive vice president of sales for its facility in Livonia, MI.

To better serve its clients on the West Coast, Carlstadt, NJ-based Pictorial Offset has opened an office in Los Angeles, and has hired Steve Mahr, an industry veteran of more than 25 years, as senior vice president and head of West Coast sales and operations.

Four new appointments have been made at Pronto, a direct marketing production house based in Miami Gardens, FL. Dennis Damio has been tapped as the company's new CEO. Cynthia Elliot has been selected as marketing manager. Andrew Diamond has joined as controller. Mayra Marquez is the newest member of the company's customer service team.

Diversified Global Graphics Group (DG3), Jersey City, NJ, has chosen John Tenwinkel as the new vice president of digital and distribution services for its North American business. Tenwinkel is also responsible for leading the company's Green Team. PI
