Canadians Dickson, Integria Merge

MONTREAL—Phipps Dickson and Integria, a pair of commercial printers based in Quebec, have agreed to merge. The joint company will be called Phipps Dickson Integria.
The merged company will have 200-plus employees and annual sales exceeding C$40 million.
Phipps Dickson of LaSalle, Quebec, provides premedia and print production services to major advertising agencies, corporate and communications firms, along with the design community. Saint-Laurent, Quebec-based Integria serves the United States and Canada with offset and digital printing production.
