Sonoma County’s (CA) largest school district spends more than $524,000 for photocopying—both with machines on campuses and jobs done at the central printing facility on Ridgway Avenue. Demand is up. Last year, the district produced more than 40 million copies. In 2007-08, it was 38.6 million.
