We talk about these 25- to 35-year-olds as being so radically different from Generation X or Generation Y or those of us with a few years of experience, but you know what was interesting about what I heard from talking to these “kids?” They sure are used the word, “Trust” a lot.
“What you look for in a vendor?”
“Why do you buy from the vendors that you buy from?”
We trust them.
“What do I need to do as an outsider in order to get your business?”
Prove that I can trust you.
Over and over again throughout the 90-minute discussion, these new age buyers and influencers brought up old school values.
It’s nice to see that the more things change, the more things stay the same.
