5. The Elder Statesman—He is perfect blend of experience and respect. He woos the younger clients with his stories and finesse, and he teaches them stuff without making them feel stupid. He asks great questions, and can wield a pro-wheel and LinkedIn equally well. He is our past, but he guides the future. We respect him and treasure him and make sure he has everything he needs to be successful. He may or may not drive a big ole’ CADILLAC.
So you know what’s coming next week, right? The fun one. They are just the opposite sides of these coins. I can’t wait to write it, y’all.
