Every once in a while, some magazine or organization comes out with a list similar to these. While they probably have ulterior motives, it provides an opportunity for salespeople that many don't take advantage of.
Not every Top X Under X will hit the business lottery. For every Steve Jobs, there are probably thousands of Harvey Groopmans. Still, it's to your advantage to connect with them while they are young and upcoming. There is no downside to building a relationship with a mover and shaker.
