Crossover Points Between Digital Cutsheet, Sheetfed Offset

Good afternoon, gentle readers. I am coming to you with hat in hand, once again, to see if I can find a couple of interview subjects for a story I'm working on that will be appearing in Printing Impressions. The topic is crossover points for offset and digital printing. I'd like to interview printers with both digital cutsheet and sheetfed offset presses and talk about the tipping points of certain jobs and see how you determine when a job can go digital or when it makes more sense to run the project on offset equipment.

The focus would be on short-run static work as opposed to variable data, since the latter would require going digital. So if you don't mind answering a handful of questions—I imagine it would be a 10-15 minute talk, tops—we'd certainly appreciate your participation.
