With a Huge Sales Opportunity, Start Simple
Imagine scoring a big fish account, all because you answer the phone quickly. That’s what Sheri has going on right now. An account with huge potential is overwhelming them with work (a nice problem to have, eh?) at the moment, and there is no shortage of possibilities.
That’s what I asked her in our most recent coaching call.
Her reply? “They said they liked the fact that we are quick to answer, quick to return calls, and quick to provide pricing.”
Wait. That’s it?
Yes, she told me. That’s it. Simple, common courtesies (actually, not so common anymore) have given Sheri a chance to land a major account.
