WASHINGTON, DC—September 26, 2006—A vote by the United Stares House of Representatives on H.R. 3509 The Workplace Goods Job Growth and Competitiveness Act of 2005 is imminent. H. R. 3509 is a vitally needed equitable solution that will substantially reduce the burden of unfair and costly lawsuits against NPES members and other manufacturers and sellers of workplace durable goods.
