HOUSTON—Consolidated Graphics announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire American Lithographers, a division of Smurfit Packaging, which has facilities in both Hayward and Sacramento, CA. Joe Davis, chairman and CEO of Consolidated Graphics, is happy to see the company expand upon its California presence with the acquisition.
