SAN ANTONIO—DeSoto, TX-based Ennis Business Forms, beginning to show the benefits of its recent reorganization, has returned to making acquisitions. Ennis has entered into an agreement to purchase the assets and business of American Forms, a business forms manufacturer that is based here. In its most recent fiscal year, American had sales of approximately $4.5 million. According to Keith S.
