Tim Kirchen, Senior VP, Americas, at UPM Raflatac, discusses the settlement of a nearly four-months-long unionized worker strike that caused the shut down of UPM paper mills in Finland. He believes this will not alleviate the overall paper supply shortage in the U.S. for graphics, packaging, and label grades, which is largely due to the lack of domestic paper manufacturing production.
