The Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA), a trade association representing nearly 600 service providers and suppliers to the mailing and fulfillment industries, has recently developed a “Plan For Success.” As part of the plan, the association has entered into an agreement with Ben Cooper to serve as its first, paid lobbyist to represent the membership’s positions on Capitol Hill.
