Fujifilm Incorporates Wide-format Ink-jet Unit into Fujifilm U.S.A.

VALHALLA, NY—March 20, 2008—Fujifilm U.S.A., Inc. today announced that the Wide Format Ink-jet business unit of Fujifilm Hunt Chemicals U.S.A., Inc. will become part of Fujifilm U.S.A.’s Imaging Division as of April 1, 2008. VALHALLA, NY—With Tokyo-based Fuji Photo Film embarking on a new holding company structure, its U.S. businesses have undergone name changes that take effect next month. Beginning October 1, Fuji Photo Film, headquartered here, will be called Fujifilm U.S.A. Enovation Graphic Systems, also headquartered in Valhalla, will be known as Fujifilm Graphic Systems U.S.A. Sun Chemical Plant Undergoes $7.2M Expansion ST. CHARLES, IL—Sun Chemical is working on a expansion of its manufacturing facility and laboratories here. The $7.2 million project will add nearly 32,000 square feet, bringing the plant to 90,000 square feet.
