During GRAPH EXPO 14 in Chicago, from September 28-October 1, Brandtjen and Kluge will demonstrate its latest advancements in diecutting, laser cutting and scoring, foil stamping, and folding and gluing.
Brandtjen & Kluge Inc. has formed a strategic alliance with Eagle Systems to jointly market the Eco-Eagle Cold Foil and Cast and Cure systems finishing solutions for cold foil applications. C&D Printing, an integrated graphic, marketing, and packaging solutions company, based in St. Petersburg, FL, has installed a new Kluge OmniFold Folding and Gluing System to increase its capacity and capability in folding carton work, while also allowing it to convert presentation folders, specialized paperboard packaging—including tuck-style, push-lock and auto-lock bottom boxes, sleeves and various other products.
The modular construction of the Kluge ComFold Folding and Gluing System, recently purchased by Ross Printing, allowed the company to configure the machine to simultaneously meet its current needs and also allow for expansion and added capabilities in the future.

ST. CROIX FALLS, WI—Henry Brandtjen, Jr., retired chairman of the board of Brandtjen & Kluge Inc., has died following a battle with cancer. Mr. Brandtjen, who was 85, passed away at home, surrounded by family, on Jan. 4.
Henry Brandtjen, Jr., retired Chairman of the Board of Brandtjen & Kluge Inc., has passed away at the age of 85. Affectionately known as "Mr. B." to his employees and co-workers, Brandtjen was noted for his technical knowledge and passion for the printing industry.
At PRINT 13, Brandtjen & Kluge will be co-exhibiting in the Colter & Peterson booth, and will be promoting the "Cartons in Minutes" digital production line with strategic partner LasX. Kluge will also have technical experts on hand to address any folding and gluing, foil stamping, and diecutting applications.
Champ Printing in Coraopolis, PA, has installed a new 14x22˝ Kluge EHD automatic foil stamping, embossing and diecutting press. The small sheet format of the unit complements Champ's existing digital printing workflow.
