Taylor Graphics, a California based printing company, has dedicated 100 percent of its efforts on trade printing. Recently, it invested in a JETvarnish 3D digital spot UV coater. “We were excited about the opportunity to offer our customers digital spot UV coating with the ability to do both flat and raised UV,” said Dean Taylor, owner of Taylor Graphics.
American Greetings will be installing its first Scodix S75 digital enhancement press at its Osceola, AR, production facility this summer. The new unit will enable the company to specify professional short-run enhancements, while maintaining a digital production workflow. American Greetings also be able to digitally enhance greeting cards with raised imagery, foil and metallic special effects, and glittering.
Since adding a new MGI Meteor DP8700XL digital press and JETvarnish 3D digital spot UV coater, Prestone Printing in Long Island City, NY, is now able to win new projects and offer a faster turnaround for its clients.
