LEICESTERSHIRE, England—September 14, 2015—Vivid Laminating Technologies, Europe’s leading designer and manufacturer of laminating systems, has unveiled its new Easymount Air Pneumatic Wide-Format Laminator at GRAPH EXPO 15. The laminator was designed and assembled in-house by Vivid technicians.
Easymount Air—An Innovative Product in Wide-Format Lamination
Vivid’s Export Manager Bruce Cozens said, "The new Easymount Air range is a breakthrough product in wide-format lamination. The air pressure controlling the rollers allows you to mount and laminate with incredible accuracy. Our patented technology allows the roller to adjust to the exact thickness and pressure required allowing faster production times. This new development allows the roller to float down; ensuring foam or fluted boards do not get crushed. When the rollers are at the correct board thickness the roller can be locked to keep the required gap making board feeding more accurate.”

Vivid is now demonstrating a host of new features that has debuted to the U.S. market, including is patented Flatbook Technology for perfect- and PUR-bound book covers, ensuring the covers lie perfectly flat. Boss Foiling and Spot UV film enhancing printed cards and covers make the Matrix a truly modular laminating system. Vivid (booth #3449) is now running demonstrations on its laminating equipment throughout the duration of the show, offering advice and support to end users and their expanding network of Authorized Resellers.
