Survey Advantage Recognizes Top Franchise, Independent Printers Based on 12,258 Buyer Reviews
PROVIDENCE, RI—March 21, 2014—Survey Advantage released its Print Buyer Satisfaction Index (PBSI) for the quarter ending December 31, 2013. Top performers achieved over 88 percent loyalty, average performers 74 percent to 87 percent, and poor performers under 74 percent. Q4, 2014 results are based on the percentage of 12,258 print buyer reviews that were “Very Likely” to recommend their printer after receiving their recently completed jobs. Company Printing, San Angelo, TX, achieved the best overall loyalty rating with 98 percent of its customers stating they are “Very Likely” to recommend the printer to other buyers.
