NEW CENTURY, Kan.—September 11, 2015—Micro and craft breweries are popping up all across America. In fact, the Brewers Association, an industry trade group, recently published statistics stating that small and independent brewers commanded 11 percent of the total beer market in 2014, representing $19.6 billion.
