SPC Completes Acquisition of CPS Cards
Specialty Print Communications (SPC), a leader in marketing mail and print media solutions, added a strategically important capability to its production platform with the acquisition of the assets of the CPS-IL, LLC business unit of CPS Cards, based in Glendale Heights, IL. With an expertise in gift card & loyalty card personalization and fulfillment, CPS Cards brings an expertise that complements SPC’s market position as a leading producer of marketing mail and related solutions for large national brands.

Physical cards account for 54% of the overall $500B+ gift card market, according to Fortune Business Insights, with 5% annual forecasted growth through 2034. SPC is now well equipped to grow market share in this space with a flexible platform serving clients of all sizes.
