DCG Acquires CCS, Forms New Division

SEATTLE—Direct Connect Group West (DCG West) has entered into an agreement to acquire CCS Printing. DCG West's operating divisions, McCallum Print Group and The Mailhandlers, will combine with CCS under the new brand DCG One.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. DCG West estimates the 2014 combined revenues of the companies will exceed $50 million, with an employee roster of about 270 workers.
