Improve Your Printing Consistency, Reduce Waste and Increase Productivity
Standardizing the water you use to mix with fountain concentrates is a key factor in controlling the printing process and producing consistent and predictable results. Having this consistent starting point translates to waste reduction, higher productivity and, ultimately, higher profitability. Prisco will demonstrate how our PriscoTech water treatment systems can revolutionize your pressroom.
Print Alcohol-Free
Because alcohol evaporates rapidly, it enters the air in the manufacturing environment. This highly flammable substance has negative health consequences. Additionally, isopropanol is a VOC that participates in the destruction of the ozone layer. Alcohol-free printing offers lower ink and water settings along with the ability to print a given density using an ink film that isn’t diluted by alcohol. The result is better quality printing with sharper dots and less tendency for emulsification. Alcohol-free printing significantly reduces ink consumption resulting in cost savings and lower environmental impact.
