Webster One Source Launches New Short-Run Diecutting Service
HANSON, MA—March 08, 2011—Webster One Source, providers of fine commercial printing, commercial sign solutions and complete mailing/fulfillment services, recently introduced new structural design and diecutting services to meet customer demand for diecut samples, prototypes and very short-run production (1-500 pieces).
Webster One Source has invested in the software and a flatbed diecutter (which optically reads the layouts to assure accurate cut-to-print registration) to provide short run diecutting at an affordable cost.
“Many of our clients have asked for this service as they in turn use these pieces to 'sell' to their own clients the value of producing intricate promotional pieces,’ explained Ernie Foster, president of Webster One Source.

• Custom die templates for offset, digital and UV inkjet print applications.
• Pocket folders, capability brochures with tabs, specialty and promotional packaging prototypes, point-of-purchase (P.O.P) displays, corrugated boxes and general signage.
• Direct print and diecut onto a multitude of materials up to 4’x8’x1/2”
• Litho mount onto any substrate up to 28x40”
• The assembly of finished samples

In addition to structural design and diecutting services, the company recently added a new Sign Department that caters to commercial clients with production of removable custom wall and floor graphics, window signs, trade shows and banners to POP and vehicle graphics.
